At Shade Tree Naturals, we believe the products you use every day should feel good in every sense of the word. Good for your skin, your home, your family, and the world around you.

What started as a passion for creating simple, intentional products has grown into a small business rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and community. Every soap, balm, oil, scrub, and home product we make is created with care in small batches using thoughtfully chosen ingredients and a slower, more mindful approach to production.

We believe quality matters. So does transparency. So does knowing who and what you’re supporting when you shop small.

That’s why we focus on ethical sourcing whenever possible, including responsibly sourced palm oil and ingredients that align with our values surrounding sustainability and fair trade practices. We’re constantly learning, improving, and making intentional choices that reduce waste and support long-term environmental responsibility.

But Shade Tree Naturals has always been about more than products.

It’s about creating moments of care in everyday life. A calming shower after a long day. A familiar scent that makes your home feel comforting. A simple routine that helps you slow down and reconnect.

It’s also about community.

We love supporting other small makers, participating in local events, and creating a business that feels personal and connected rather than mass-produced and impersonal. As we continue to grow, we remain deeply committed to keeping that heart-centered approach at the center of everything we do.

Giving back is also an important part of our mission. We proudly support Eco-Soap Bank, an organization helping provide access to hygiene and recycled soap to underserved communities around the world. Being able to contribute to something bigger through our work is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified at the time of order.  (i.e. custom orders)  



At Shade Tree Naturals, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us right away. We will be more than happy to refund or exchange your purchase within two weeks of purchase. When doing an exchange or return, the buyer is responsible for returning items in the original condition as well as all return shipping costs. The item will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. If a customer supplies a wrong address, we are happy to re-send the package once it returns, and the cost of the shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
Payments are accepted through Paypal and direct checkout. We happily accept Shade Tree Naturals Gift Cards.  If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive a message within 24 hours of the initial order to ensure that your order does not go out with the next day's shipment.

Shipping
All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service. Tracking will be provided with each domestic order.  We are happy to upgrade shipping at an additional cost to the buyer. Upgrades must be agreed upon before orders have been placed to ensure packages don't go out before upgrades can be made.
